The use of certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. Community administrators are responsible for determining and communicating fee structures to residents. Estate Keeper may charge transaction fees, subscription fees, or other charges as communicated to users.
Community administrators may establish policies regarding late payment fees, interest charges, and consequences for non-payment. You agree to comply with your Community's payment policies.
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by Estate Keeper and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to our Services, you grant Estate Keeper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
"Estate Keeper" and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Estate Keeper. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESTATE KEEPER AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Estate Keeper and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@estatekeeper.io. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe. The arbitration shall be conducted in Harare, Zimbabwe, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harare, Zimbabwe.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Estate Keeper regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Estate Keeper's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Estate Keeper shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Estate Keeper as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.
